Return Policy

We want you to love your swimwear! If something isn’t right, here’s how to handle it:

Returns Window:

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery.


Eligibility:

- Items must be **unworn, unwashed, and with original hygiene liners and tags**.  

- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


How to Start a Return:

Email us at info@remerswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.


Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** of receiving the item.


Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
